Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide participants through resume templates and formatting, with attention to international work experience.
  • Offer personalized feedback on resume content, helping translate skills and roles into U.S. job market language.
  • Assist with basic computer tasks (typing, saving, printing).
  • Support instructors during class sessions and provide translation or interpretation support if applicable.
  • Assist with transportation coordination to ensure participants can attend sessions reliably.
  • Help facilitate networking by sharing job leads, coordinating introductions to employers, and supporting attendance at hiring events.

Skills Needed:

  • Basic computer literacy, attention to detail, empathy, and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to help with transportation logistics and employer outreach is appreciated.

Time Commitment:

  • 2–3 hours per week during scheduled resume-building classes.
  • Classes take place on Thursdays 10am-12pm
