Josh has experience working as a teacher in UK secondary schools and internationally in crisis contexts. Building on this, he worked with the Minister for Schools on the Covid-19 response and the Initial Teacher Training Review before joining the 探花精选 (探花精选) in early 2022.
Drawing on his knowledge of the UK education system鈥攂oth as a teacher and a civil servant鈥攖ogether with his international experience in crisis settings, Josh launched the 探花精选鈥檚 first education programmes. These included the trauma-informed Healing Classrooms and Healing Spaces, as well as adult ESOL and VESOL provision. He now manages the 探花精选鈥檚 Community Sponsorship training programme.
