In northeastern Nigeria, conflict and instability have left three out of 10 women and girls experiening of violence. The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ and our partner the European Union run safe spaces where girls like 17-year-old Hauwa learn mindfulness techniques, helping them to manage stress and negative thoughts.
