The OHS Action Plan ensures that ̽����ѡ and its partners protect the occupational health and safety environment and consider the employees' occupational health and safety needs.

The LMP identifies the main labor requirements and risks associated with the project and helps determine the resources necessary to address project labor issues.

Celebrating Volunteer Appreciation Day!

̽����ѡ's resettlement work and mission overall would not be possible without the help of our volunteers. Get to know some of them outside of ̽����ѡ!

The ̽����ѡ in NY’s partnership with the New-York Historical Society led to a very successful ̽����ѡ Immigration Opportunity Center: Citizenship Program. New-York Historical’s Education Department offers naturalization exam preparation to communities across New York City. Under their Citizenship Project, they leverage Museum and Library collections to provide inquiry-driven, object-based pedagogy to engage participants in interactive learning.  

The inclusion of therapeutic activities in a community gathering opens up the space for engaged conversations and meaningful connections. Wellness activities can range in their therapist potential. On April 31st, the Safety and Wellness Department partnered with the New York Public Library (NYPL) Tompkins’s Square branch on a workshop to build community and create art with individuals from Ukraine who had recently arrived in the United States. This was a meaningful activity for the Ukrainian community and one that the ̽����ѡ in NY hopes to do again!
