For Volunteer Appreciation Month, the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ (̽»¨¾«Ñ¡) in Salt Lake City shares the impact of Housing Support Volunteers who ensure a home is ready for newly arriving refugee families.

Tom Greenleigh has been volunteering for the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ in Salt Lake City office for 8 years. Working to support refugee and immigrant communities is in Tom’s blood: his ancestors worked to rescue and resettle refugees during World War II.

We are thrilled to release the New Roots 2024 Impact Report.

Over 70 community sponsors worked to fulfill wish lists for 110 newly arrived refugee families and individuals this holiday season during our annual holiday gift drive, Light One Candle.
