The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡â€™s senior empowerment program helps older refugees make friends, learn new skills, and explore the community through activities and field trips. A group of 100 seniors recently went on an excursion to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival – a quintessential PNW springtime activity.
