Office Hours

The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ in Boise's programs typically operate Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Beginning on June 2nd, ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ office reception is limited to:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, open 9am-4pm (closed 4-5pm)
• Thursdays, open 1-4 pm (closed 9am-1 pm and 4-5pm)

̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ staff may schedule appointments with clients outside of the posted reception hours. 

The office will be closed on the following holidays:

• Thursday, June 19, for Juneteenth
• Friday, July 4, for Independence Day
• Monday, September 1, for Labor Day

To request ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ immigration legal services

If you are requesting ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ immigration legal services for the first time or are a former ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ client returning for services, please contact our immigration legal services team in one of two ways to schedule an eligibility assessment. This includes a pre-screening for immigration benefits or forms of relief that may be available to you. 

1. Come to the office on a legal screening day for an intake. No appointment is necessary and legal screening dates are posted below. Individuals will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Wait times will vary depending on demand.
2. If the walk-in days or times do not work for your schedule, please call or text the immigration legal services team at 208-559-6825 to request an eligibility appointment.

To request all other ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ services

In addition to immigration legal services, ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ offers the following services: case management programs, cash assistance, employment, financial coaching and loans, and mental health services.

If you are requesting ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ services for the first time or are a former ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ client returning for services, please contact our intake team in one of two ways for an intake eligibility assessment.

1. Come to the office on a Tuesday or Thursday for an intake assessment. See below for intake days and hours over the next month. No appointment is necessary. Individuals will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Wait times will vary each week.
2. If you are not available during walk-in days or times, please call and leave a message at 208-344-1792. Our intake coordinator will call you back and schedule an appointment with an interpreter. 

Next intake days for new or returning clients

• Tuesday, June 17: 10am - 1pm
• Thursday, June 19: OFFICE CLOSED. NO INTAKE ASSESSMENTS.
• Tuesday, June 24: 10am - 1pm
• Thursday, June 26: 1pm - 3pm
