Adult Education Classes Now Available
The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ (̽»¨¾«Ñ¡) in Boise is excited to announce a new series of adult education classes this summer—designed to empower people across the Treasure Valley with the tools and knowledge to navigate their community.
Whether you're entering the U.S. workforce, building financial stability, or planning ahead, ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡â€™s free summer classes are here to support your journey. These free classes are available now to anyone in the community! Interpretation is available upon request.
Classes are taught in a welcoming, multilingual environment by experienced instructors who specialize in the unique needs of newcomers and are held at the ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ Boise office located at 7291 W. Franklin Rd. Classes occur on various Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays, depending on the course. Preview the calendar of courses, dates and times .

What You’ll Learn
Our summer curriculum is built around real-life skills that help individuals and families succeed in their new community. The ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ in Boise is offering eight different classes throughout the summer on a rotating calendar.
Job Readiness Classes:
- Workers' Compensation & Benefits
Learn how to navigate workers' compensation, enroll in workplace benefits, and understand key offerings like healthcare and paid time off (PTO). - Accessing Paystubs & HR Portals
Gain skills to log into HR portals to view paystubs, timesheets, and benefits information. - Transportation to Work
Explore transportation options in Boise, including using the bus, ride-shares (Uber/Lyft), and steps to start driving—lessons, licensing, and car buying. - Advanced Resume/CV Workshop
Create a professional resume through a hands-on workshop covering content, layout, and grammar.
Financial Education Classes:
- Credit Basics & Building Credit
Understand credit, its importance, how to build it, and available financial resources. - Credit Cards & Scam Awareness
Learn about credit cards, their impact on finances, and how to avoid common scams. - Buying a Car & Auto Loans
Get tips on purchasing and financing a car, plus access to ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ resources for auto loans. - Home Buying
Learn the basics of home buying, financing, and budgeting for your first home.
